Countryside Retreat - Huts in the Hills

A small, green, B&B Shepherd Hut with a corrugated metal roof, with a small staircase leading to the entrance surrounded by trees and greenery.
A bedroom with a window view of green trees and a bird wallpaper. The bed has a pink quilted blanket, and beige curtains frame the window.

Our Shepherds’ Huts offer a peaceful countryside escape designed for rest and reconnection with nature. Thoughtful interiors create a cosy retreat where everyday distractions fade: comfortable bedding, warm lighting and subtle touches that make it easy to unwind.

Mornings arrive with birdsong and soft sunlight through the trees. Days can be spent wandering woodland paths, pausing by the pond, watching for wildlife, or simply sitting with a warm cup of tea and enjoying the stillness. As evening falls, the landscape adopts a gentler rhythm—owl calls and rustling leaves mingle with the distant, comforting click-clack of a passing train, a small reminder of life beyond the fields.

Outside, open pasture and ancient trees invite reflective walks and quiet moments. Whether you seek a short restorative break or a longer retreat, each stay offers time to slow down, restore well-being and rediscover simple pleasures. Leave feeling rested, refreshed and renewed.
